(The former couple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/brad-pitt-and-angelina-jolie-settle-divorce-after-8-years\/\">finalized their divorce<\/a> in December 2024.)<\/p>\n<p>As of August, Knox is one of the exes\u2019 two children who have not decided to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-moms\/news\/brad-pitt-and-angelina-jolies-kids-who-changed-their-names\/\">legally drop their dad\u2019s last name<\/a> from their monikers after spending much of their childhood being raised primarily by the <em>Maleficent<\/em> actress, 51.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maddox<\/strong>, <strong>Zahara<\/strong>, <strong>Shiloh<\/strong> and <strong>Vivienne<\/strong> have all distanced themselves from their famous father <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-moms\/pictures\/brad-pitt-angelina-jolies-family-album-pics-with-6-kids-2\/\">over the past few years<\/a>, filing to only use their mother\u2019s last name , leaving Knox and 22-year-old <strong>Pax<\/strong> the actor\u2019s only children who go by \u201cPitt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Us<\/em> confirmed that Shiloh, 20, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/brad-pitt-angelina-jolies-daughter-shiloh-drops-her-dads-last-name\/\">was the first to make a change<\/a>, filing a motion to change her moniker on her 18th birthday in May 2024.
