stripper shot back at her married doctor ex-beau\u2019s accusations that she sent him a threatening photo of a gun \u2013 arguing the pic was actually a snap of a \u201cScarface\u201d movie poster, court papers revealed.<\/p>\n<p>The documents expose more sordid details on a wild he-said, she-said between wealthy family physician Keith Hoerning, 51, and bump-and-grinder Rosana Kissoon, 39, who filed a $1 million lawsuit against him after he tried to get her arrested as their extramarital dalliance imploded.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter had an 18-month affair filled with fawning \u201cI love you\u201d texts \u2014 peppered a sworn restraining order application with falsehoods, including that his exotic dancer flame threatened to sic \u201chired goons\u201d on him and fired off a menacing photo of a gun, the lawsuit contends.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cIn fact, the photograph in question depicts a framed piece of Scarface motion picture memorabilia \u2014 a 20th Anniversary Edition poster of the actor Al Pacino holding a prop firearm,\u201d Kissoon\u2019s lawsuit states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo photograph of an actual firearm was ever sent.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kissoon allegedly called Hoerning\u2019s wife in May to tell her about the affair. <span class=\"credit\">Rosana Kissoon \/ Facebook<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The tempest in a C-cup tipped into public view after Kissoon sued Hoerning in Suffolk County court as the curtain fell on July.<\/p>\n<p>The take-no-prisoners stripper argued that Hoerning tried to weaponize the courts and police against her after she told his wife Nicole Hoerning \u2014 who is listed as a defendant in the lawsuit \u2014 about their affair during a phone call.<\/p>\n<p>Hoerning allegedly gave his mistress \u201csubstantial financial support\u201d over their nearly two-year-long affair, along with repeated professions of love, the lawsuit states.<\/p>\n<p>But the lovey-dovey doc abruptly changed his tune by May 15, when his lawyer sent Kissoon a cease-and-desist letter demanding she stop contacting him or his family, the suit contends.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the threat, Hoerning allegedly continued to affectionate messaging Kissoon until May 26 \u2014 when she called his wife.<\/p>\n<p>Hoerning blew up his former mistress\u2019 phone on the same day she spilled the beans to his wife, the filing states, claiming that the lovesick doc made \u201capproximately eighteen (18) outgoing calls\u201d to Kissoon\u2019s cell on that day.<\/p>\n<p>A day later, the doctor filed a criminal complaint at Suffolk County Police Department against Kissoon that alleged aggravated harassment.<\/p>\n<p>He coupled it with a sworn family offense petition accusing Kissoon of threatening to \u201crip your wife\u2019s\u2026 face off,\u201d among other threats, including the gun-or-maybe-just-a-Scarface photo, the lawsuit states.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kissoon\u2019s lawsuit seeks $1 million in damages. <span class=\"credit\">Rosana Kissoon \/ Facebook<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hoerning also claimed in his sworn statement that \u201cshe has told me she has a license to use a handgun,\u201d securing a temporary order forcing her to surrender her weapons.<\/p>\n<p>But her suit claims that she never had a gun license, citing a police records query that immediately came back with a \u201cNEGATIVE PISTOL LICENSE,\u201d court docs state.<\/p>\n<p>In his court paperwork, Hoerning checked boxes accusing Kissoon of additional crimes including felony theft and attempted assault \u2014 yet he failed to mention a single stolen item or physical attack, according to the suit, which pointed out that all cash had flowed \u201cvoluntarily\u201d from the doctor.<\/p>\n<p>After the lawsuit, Hoerning\u2019s lawyer contended Kissoon was engaging in a heartless, kiss-and-tell extortion plot.
