But when the Aug. 3 surgery was called off because Victoria was battling a severe infection and taking a battery of antibiotics, Agnello asked the court for another extension, proposing a Sept. 18 surrender date instead.<\/p>\n<p>This time, <strong>Judge Nusrat J.
