However, he alleges he was instead led to two police officers and informed that he was not permitted to attend Roc Nation events.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>I thought they was taking me to meet HOV<\/strong>,\u201d he wrote online. \u201c<strong>They didn\u2019t even tell me what.
