Film Festival, known as TIFF: The Market, which runs Sept. 10-16.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe projects are among 40 film, six series and five \u201cinnovation\u201d projects to be pitched at TIFF\u2019s International Financing and Project Market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tStandout projects include \u201cCentral Park Tale,\u201d an animated film produced by Jacqui Barcos and John Fragomeni, and directed by Daniel Jeanette. Among talent attached are Palmer, Cumming, Common and Regina Hall.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAnother notable project is \u201cSher,\u201d which is being produced by David Hamilton, Rajiv Maikhuri and Craig Stovel, and will be directed by Deepa Mehta, with Jeremy Irons attached to star.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tOther well-known names attached to projects include Marlee Matlin, Chase Crawford, Jacob Tremblay and Booker Prize winner Marlon James.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe full list of projects is <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/tiff.net\/themarket\/programming\/business-connection-points\/international-financing-and-project-market\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe IFPM is described as a \u201ccurated incubator\u201d that aims to accelerate financing and help find co-production and international collaborators for projects. The event, presented by Ontario Creates, brings together more than 50 established producers with financiers, distributors, sales agents and other executives who can help propel their projects worldwide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe focus is on content in advanced development, financing and packaging stages.
