Happily, Nintendo has been pretty forthcoming about giving us new projects to look forward to, and that&#8217;s all before the main event designed to draw attention to the anniversary has passed.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/zelda-ocarina-of-time-remake-open-world-size-gamer-concerns\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Ocarina of Time Remake<\/em><\/a> is obviously the biggest news we have seen so far, with the beloved N64 title returning for the Switch 2, all with an upgraded aesthetic and new features. F3 is an online event that essentially functions as a fair for free fan games, all shared via the Kaze Emanaur YouTube <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=75dCCJWgfzk\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">channel<\/a>. There&#8217;s a heavy focus on <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/best-mario-games\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Super Mario<\/em><\/a> and <em>Zelda<\/em> releases, but you can find small projects for games from across Zelda&#8217;s portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>One of those is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6ziwfmhyCWY\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Glass of Fate<\/em><\/a>, an upcoming <em>Zelda<\/em> fan game that the solo developer has been working on for a staggering seven years. The game is designed to serve as a direct sequel to both <em>Ocarina of Time<\/em> and <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/zelda-majoras-mask-3d-remake-opinions\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Majora&#8217;s Mask<\/em><\/a>, though the overall tone in the trailer presented as part of the event is considerably darker.<\/p>\n<p>We also get an entirely new Link form this time around, as the Cursed Hero comes to the fore. What exactly his curse is (beyond continuously reincarnating to save the day) is unclear, but the game world looks to be in a considerably worse state than anything we have seen in the main releases to date.<\/p>\n<p>The game itself is built in Godot, so it&#8217;s technically an entirely original project, rather than a ROM hack or anything similar. Other than that, the <em><strong>Ocarina of Time Remake<\/strong><\/em> should be along in relatively short order this year, so that should give you plenty to do to pass the time while you
