Despite that warning, the singer reportedly amassed a $550 bill for alcohol at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel on October 16, 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Witnesses previously claimed hotel employees delivered bottles of alcohol to Payne\u2019s room during his final hours. Two women who spent part of the day with him alleged that he ordered champagne for them and <a href=\"https:\/\/theblast.com\/829311\/key-witnesses-reveal-new-details-liam-paynes-final-minutes\/\">two bottles of Johnnie Walker Black Label whisky for himself.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The newly disclosed total offers a clearer picture of how much alcohol was reportedly ordered while Payne was also using prescription medication and cocaine. Where\u2019s rock bottom for me? And you would never have seen it. I\u2019m very good at hiding it,\u201d he told the host. \u201cI don\u2019t even know if I\u2019ve hit it yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the interview, Payne acknowledged struggling with \u201cpills and booze\u201d and experiencing \u201cmoments of suicidal ideation\u201d at the height of One Direction\u2019s success. Although the group\u2019s international fame created extraordinary opportunities, Payne said the effort to manage the band\u2019s enormous popularity often left its members isolated in hotel rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn the band\u2026 the best way to secure us, because of how big we\u2019d got, was just to lock us in our rooms. What\u2019s in the room?
