The current cume for <em>The Odyssey <\/em>is $1.1 billion worldwide after four weekends with $461.1M coming from domestic, and $643.6M coming from overseas. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nolan\u2019s movies have now grossed over $7 billion worldwide, with Universal owning his all-time record and his fourth highest grossing, the 7x Oscar winning <em>Oppenheimer<\/em> ($975.8M WW). <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another milestone for <em>The Odyssey <\/em>is that it\u2019s the second highest grossing R-rated movie after <em>Deadpool &amp; Wolverine <\/em>($636.7M, $1.33B) both worldwide and domestic. Currently, <em>The Odyssey<\/em> is the highest grossing R-rated movie of 2026 both in North America and around the world. It\u2019s also the highest grossing movie of Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway and Robert Pattinson\u2019s careers globally. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we told you, the A CinemaScore <em>The Odyssey <\/em>became the fifth movie year-to-date to cross $1 billion with Universal laying claim to three of them including <em>Super Mario Galaxy Movie <\/em>($1.01B) and Lionsgate\u2019s <em>Michael <\/em>($1.016B), on which the studio handled the bulk of foreign. The highest grossing movie at the 2026 B.O. is Sony\/Marvel Studio\u2019s <em>Spider-Man: Brand New Day <\/em>with more than $1.26B.
