home&#8217;s spectacular infinity-edge swimming pool.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The landscaping has become such a feature that locals have reportedly dubbed the property the &#8216;hanging gardens of Avalon.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">However, the pool is perhaps the home&#8217;s most talked-about feature.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Durie has famously 180-degree views across Pittwater.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Despite the home&#8217;s eye-watering price tag, its sustainable credentials and extraordinary design have made it one of
