It just means there is a meaningful group of survivors who do struggle afterward,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The psychologist also made clear that he could not determine whether Hilton\u2019s illness contributed to the reported self-harm. \u201cI have never evaluated him, I have not reviewed his records, and I don\u2019t know everything that was happening in his life at the time.
