She was a deeply philanthropic person, and would regularly fund programs to aid local disadvantaged youths. Unfortunately, she suffered a paralyzing injury and employed an experimental formula derived from an orca to treat her condition.<\/p>\n<p>This led to a physical transformation that allowed her to seamlessly switch between an Orca and human form at will. Her new form <a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/king-shark-preview-orca-exemplar-seas-battle\/\" target=\"_blank\">granted her superhuman strength<\/a> and enhanced capabilities in the water. Wesker\u2019s meek personality stemmed from severe childhood trauma after losing his parents. This resulted in a host of repressed emotions even into adulthood, where he exploded in a bar fight and inadvertently killed a man.<\/p>\n<p>Afterward, he was sent to Blackgate Prison, where he encountered an inmate with a carved dummy. Wesker would later kill this inmate seemingly at the urging of the puppet, rename it Scarface, and escape prison. She proceeded to break him out of prison, and the two soon headed to the birthplace of the mad clown. He was originally a scientist named Dr. Robert Kirkland Langstrom, who focused his research on chiropterology. He formulated a serum aimed at exploiting bats\u2019 use of sonar capabilities, testing it on himself to cure his advancing deafness.<\/p>\n<p>Though successful, over time it turned him into a grotesque nocturnal beast. He constantly struggles to maintain control of his unwanted evolution, clashing with Batman on several occasions.
