Unfortunately many will experience it as many already have,\u201d referring to an alleged domestic violence incident with ex Dakota Mortensen, with whom she was involved with at the time. <\/p>\n<p>Back in 2023, Paul pleaded guilty to assault as part of a plea deal, which allowed a dismissal of related child abuse charges. On Friday, Us Weekly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/taylor-frankie-paul-breaks-silence-after-completing-probation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confirmed that a judge downgraded <\/a>her aggravated assault felony charge to a Class A misdemeanor, and that the \u201cSecret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d star was no longer on probation. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDV is a sneaky cycle to get stuck in because by the time you realize what actually is happening you\u2019re already stuck in it,\u201d the reality star, 32, continued. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>Taylor Frankie Paul addressed the end of her three-year probation with a new Instagram post, as seen above.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><figcaption>\u201cThree years probation complete,\u201d she wrote alongside several images of herself in a court setting, as seen above.  <span class=\"credit\">taylor frankie paul\/ instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t care if you see me as the villain or victim. Meanwhile, the debut of Paul\u2019s season of \u201cThe Bachelorette\u201d was <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/03\/19\/entertainment\/abc-cancels-taylor-frankie-pauls-season-of-the-bachelorette\/\">cancelled by ABC<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Paul also shares Indy and son Ocean, 6, with ex-husband\u00a0Tate Paul, who has also challenged previous custody arrangements  in court. <\/p>\n<p>After Paul was offered two separate custody proposals from Mortensen and <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/06\/30\/celebrity-news\/taylor-frankie-pauls-ex-husband-seeks-restraining-order-asks-for-sole-custody-of-kids\/\">ex-husband Tate<\/a> earlier this summer \u2014 that would give her 40% custody \u2014 she \u201cimmediately\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/29\/celebrity-news\/taylor-frankie-paul-will-continue-fighting-for-her-children-as-long-as-it-takes-source\/\">declined both offers<\/a>, a source confirmed to Page Six.<\/p>\n<p>The insider divulged that Taylor continues to be firmly committed to the best interest of her children. <\/p>\n<p>The source claimed the reality star\u2019s response to the offers was,\u00a0\u201cSo now I\u2019m suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time?
