(In Connor\u2019s words, \u201cThis is not <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6HCUoMgviwU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u2018This is Me\u2019<\/a> era.\u201d)<\/p>\n<p>Since <em>Sterling Point<\/em> dropped on Prime Video on Wednesday (Aug. 5), just over a week before the Aug. 13 premiere of <em><em><a href=\"http:\/\/decider.com\/movie\/camp-rock-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Camp Rock 3<\/a><\/em><\/em> on Disney Channel, fans might have drawn the conclusion that this bit was planned. However, Park told DECIDER that the reference was \u201ca happy accident,\u201d though the series ultimately had more ties to the beloved films than the cast and crew expected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also didn\u2019t realize that we filmed some of the outdoor stuff at the exact spot that <em>Camp Rock<\/em> was filmed at, which was thrilling, obviously, for us,\u201d Park said. \u201cWe were all very excited about that. But no, all that was happening at the same time we were filming. Somebody\u2014I think [EP]  <a href=\"http:\/\/decider.com\/tag\/josh-schwartz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Josh [Schwartz]<\/a>\u2014there was an article that dropped and he sent in the group chat. He was like, \u2018Well, here we go. This is perfect timing.\u2019 But yeah, that all worked out perfectly. Can\u2019t wait for <em>Camp Rock 3<\/em>. So excited.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With Sully\u2019s (<a href=\"http:\/\/decider.com\/tag\/nikko-angelo-hinayo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nikko Angelo Hinayo<\/a>) help, Connor pulls out all the stops for his\u2014and technically, Annie\u2019s\u2014 <em>Camp Rock<\/em>-themed soiree, including green and gold balloons with the <a href=\"http:\/\/decider.com\/tag\/jonas-brothers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jonas Brothers<\/a>\u2018 faces on them, a cake featuring \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/decider.com\/tag\/alyson-stoner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alyson Stoner<\/a>\u2018s face saying \u2018Happy Birthday,&#8217;\u201d and t-shirts spoofing an iconic scene featuring Stoner\u2019s Caitlyn Geller and Lovato\u2019s Mitchie Torres. According to the outlet, the story claimed that Poot was Lovato\u2019s long-lost twin sister, who was locked away in a basement. Lovato has since leaned into the bit, laughing as she recalled her initial reaction to the meme during a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reels\/DOr-lSyjtRO\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">September 2025 appearance<\/a> on <em><a href=\"http:\/\/decider.com\/show\/watch-what-happens-live\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watch What Happens Live<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy first impression was like, \u2018Oh no!
