Griffith said he told Diggs to \u201cput his penis away.\u201d He then got out of the car and walked to Diggs\u2019 front door. Griffith alleged Diggs tried to kiss him, but he rejected him. He then said Diggs allegedly put his tongue in his ear and whispered for him to come to his room.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once inside Diggs\u2019 home, Griffith claimed he hid inside the bathroom for 45 minutes. He said when he exited, Diggs\u2019 younger brother, <strong>Darez Diggs<\/strong>, threatened him to never mention the incident. Griffith said Darez was one of the alleged attackers caught on video. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In March 2026, Griffith countersued Stefon Diggs. He alleged the NFL star made several false and defamatory statements about him on a fake Instagram account.
