She noticed that Steven shares her\u00a0colourblindness\u00a0and secretly obtains a DNA\u00a0sample\u00a0that confirms the revelation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Annie urges Ramona to stay, arguing that living together on the island would give them the chance to build the family life that they had both been missing.\u00a0Ramona had grown up with Gordon as a father\u00a0figure, but\u00a0could now live with Steven.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The final episode reveals that Ramona has chosen to leave, however, as she wakes up in Annie\u2019s New York bedroom, drawing the curtains to reveal the Manhattan skyline.
