recap<\/a> for Monday, August 10, reveals that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will have a horrible dream about all the ways he\u2019s destroyed his family, so let\u2019s talk about the special standalone episode that\u2019s coming up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At a cheap motel, Nick will ignore texts from Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) before falling asleep.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That\u2019ll kick off a wild dream that involves Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) being his old sinister self and guiding Nick through all the destruction he\u2019s caused.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Matt will insist Nick likes the freedom of being high since he doesn\u2019t have to live up to all the pressures of being the perfect Newman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After Matt drives Nick to The Shadow Room, they\u2019ll find Sharon as high as a kite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It\u2019ll seem like Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is there to blast Nick for turning Sharon into a junkie and to take her to rehab, but she\u2019ll eventually reveal she\u2019s Cassie Newman (Camryn Grimes) and rant about what a disappointment her dad\u2019s become.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cassie will also slap Matt while Nick gets in the car with Sharon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nick will lose control behind the wheel when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) suddenly pops up and tries to strangle him.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After Nick suddenly gets transported to the Newman ranch, Adam and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will yell about how they\u2019ll never forgive him for killing Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nick will insist he didn\u2019t do that, but Chelsea and Adam will explain how he left his fentanyl stash out.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on this dream version of events, Connor got curious and suffered a deadly overdose.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adam and Chelsea will insist they\u2019re going to take Christian Newman (last played by Alex Wilson) to protect him from Nick.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After Nick realizes he ruins everything, he\u2019ll rush out the door.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nick will end up back at The Shadow Room, where his dealer will try to entice him with more drugs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will intervene before Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) joins her in ranting at Nick.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After Nikki admits she\u2019s separated from Victor again, she\u2019ll insist it\u2019s Nick\u2019s fault since Victor blames her for being a bad influence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nikki will eventually order up a double vodka from the bartender as Nick tries to stop her.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Back in Nick\u2019s motel room, he\u2019ll imagine Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nick will promise to do better, but Victoria will make it clear that he has to actually put the work in and follow through.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After someone starts banging on the door, Nick will wake up and answer it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jade Harlow will debut as Marie Wilson on Monday\u2019s Y&amp;R episode and question Nick since she heard yelling next door.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once
