I think the timing of it is so exciting, and the way they planned it out is really clever just with introducing one of the mutants, a very important mutant through Spider-Man. I think a great cast is coming together, and I think people are going to be really excited about it when it\u2019s all announced.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When asked about Connor auditioning to play the love interest of her character Jean Grey, Sink responded, \u201cDid he? There\u2019s always the rumors, and I just never know what\u2019s official.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As <em>Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/em> premiered last weekend, Sink\u2019s mysterious character was confirmed as the all-powerful mutant with telekinetic and telepathic abilities, implying her involvement in the upcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/marvel-studios\/\" id=\"auto-tag_marvel-studios\" data-tag=\"marvel-studios\">Marvel Studios<\/a> update on the super-powered team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019ll shoot X-Men, and then I\u2019m going to do a series with FX and A24 called <em>The Marriage Plot<\/em>, so that\u2019ll be next year,\u201d Sink noted. \u201cWith <em>Stranger Things<\/em> ending, it\u2019ll feel weird next year not being like, Oh wait, we got to shoot another season. We have to get ready to go back to Atlanta to shoot.
