The risk zone stretches down to Elk City, Clinton, OKC, Shawnee, Seminole, and north of McAlester. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"8\">Showers and storms are expected to be isolated, and they could produce 70 mph winds, 1-inch hail, and flash flooding.
