(Pictured above with daughter, River and son, Remington \u201cRemy,\u201d in a social media post from September 2022) <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Clarkson, 44, and Blackstock divorced in 2022 after a highly publicized split that included years of <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2020\/11\/30\/kelly-clarkson-awarded-primary-custody-of-kids-with-brandon-blackstock\/\">legal battles over custody<\/a>, spousal support and their Montana ranch.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0\u201cStronger\u201d singer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/music\/kelly-clarkson-files-divorce-brandon-blackstock\/\">filed for divorce<\/a>\u00a0from Blackstock in June 2020 after nearly seven years of marriage. <\/p>\n<p>The exes were\u00a0entangled in a lengthy legal battle surrounding spousal support, custody of their two children and Clarkson\u2019s Montana ranch.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Clarkson\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/music\/kelly-clarkson-awarded-primary-custody-of-kids-amid-brandon-blackstock-divorce\/\">won primary custody<\/a>\u00a0of their children\u00a0in November 2020, and the former couple eventually\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/music\/kelly-clarkson-settles-divorce-from-brandon-blackstock\/\">settled their divorce<\/a>\u00a0in March 2022.
