There\u2019s no way this is the same Jason Sudeikis. There\u2019s no way,\u2019\u201d Palmby <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/jason-sudeikis-invites-woman-living-in-his-old-apartment-to-deliver-missing-mail-at-ted-lasso-premiere-exclusive-12036003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told People<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThen I looked it up on the internet, and I found some website with him on it had this as his address. I was like, \u2018Oh, my god, I think that I\u2019m living in Jason Sudeikis\u2019 old apartment.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Palmby revealed the deliveries kept arriving over the next year, with about five pieces of mail showing up at her apartment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know why, but I was like, \u2018It has become my job now to get this mail to Jason Sudeikis,\u2019\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Hoping to get the mail to its rightful owner, Palmby posted videos on social media after seeing another creator successfully <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2FSPXLsSgvE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">catch Michael B. Jordan\u2019s attention<\/a> by sharing her grandmother\u2019s framed photo of the \u201cSinners\u201d actor.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Sudeikis\u2019 PR team invited Palmby to the \u201cTed Lasso\u201d Season 4 premiere where she handed over his mail. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<p>\u201cThe amount of people that know Jason Sudeikis is amazing,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have so many DMs, \u2018I\u2019m his cousin. I know his sister. You can connect to this management company. My boyfriend is best friends with him or my ex knows him.\u2019 It was like six degrees of Kevin Bacon, but one degree of Jason Sudeikis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The videos eventually caught the attention of Sudeikis\u2019 PR team, who invited Palmby to attend the Tuesday NYC premiere of \u201cTed Lasso\u201d Season 4, where she finally got the chance to hand over the actor\u2019s mail.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cHe was really sweet,\u201d Palmby said of Sudeikis after meeting him. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram \/ Taylor Palmby<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cHe was really sweet,\u201d Palmby said. \u201cAnd he was like, \u2018I didn\u2019t even recognize the apartment.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The unusual encounter comes as Sudeikis recently opened up about <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2026\/07\/23\/entertainment\/jason-sudeikis-staggering-ted-lasso-paychecks-revealed\/\">why he almost didn\u2019t return for a fourth season<\/a> of the hit Apple TV+ comedy.<\/p>\n<p>The actor, who reportedly earned $1 million per episode for Season 3, said he initially turned down another season because he believed Ted\u2019s story had reached its natural conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat wasn\u2019t a negotiation tactic,\u201d Sudeikis told the Hollywood Reporter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe story was told. Ted went home to be with his son. I wasn\u2019t going to have Ted uproot their life to justify the money truck.
