Discovery has confirmed\u00a0<span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\">that a <a href=\"https:\/\/consequence.net\/2025\/10\/jim-carrey-live-action-jetsons-movie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">live-action version<\/a> of the 1960s animated series\u00a0<em>The Jetsons,<\/em> starring Jim Carrey,<\/span> is in development.<\/p>\n<p>The film, which was reported in October 2025 as having Colin Trevorrow attached to direct, was mentioned in Warner Bros.\u2019 second-quarter 2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/s201.q4cdn.com\/336605034\/files\/doc_earnings\/2026\/q2\/earnings-result\/WBD-2Q26-Shareholder-Letter.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">shareholder letter<\/a> among its upcoming slate of new releases.
