I love you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Before her death, Towle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1434688\/tiktoker-sydney-towle-moved-to-hospice-amid-rare-bile-duct-cancer-battle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">entered hospice care<\/a>, her brother <strong>Austin Towle<\/strong> shared in an Aug. 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@austin_towle\/photo\/7670318059533471007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">TikTok<\/a>, noting she was &#8220;surrounded by her friends and family.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThank you all so much,\u201d he captioned the social media post. \u201cYour love and support does not go unnoticed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Indeed, Sydney built a supportive online community over the years, keeping her over 1 million <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@sydtowle\"><span style=\"font-weight:400\">TikTok<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:400\"> followers updated on her health struggles. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Like in June 2025, when she shared she was being treated with a hepatic pump that would deliver chemotherapy directly to the liver.
