dinner with a yoga instructor at a popular celebrity hotspot.<\/p>\n<p>The 59-year-old actor and his brunette companion identified as \u201cChaz\u201d were seen leaving Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>LeBlanc walked shortly ahead of Chaz as they made their way to a parked SUV.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large Chaz, she donned a red skintight dress paired with closed-toe heels.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear if the duo are just friends or something more, and they weren\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Chaz, meanwhile, advertises herself<a href=\"https:\/\/yogawithchaz.com\/bio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> on her website<\/a> as a master yoga teacher who has taught for more than 25 years and has been practicing since the age of 14.<\/p>\n<p>The practice helped her find \u201cpeace\u201d as she dealt with \u201cbody image issues and various eating disorders,\u201d and she went on to develop a career in the health space, her website explains. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>LeBlanc\u2019s yoga studio \u2014 in Fresno, California in 2006 and sold the company three years later.<\/p>\n<p>Chaz \u201cnow serves as a business consultant for yoga studios looking to boost and build their business and community.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s also active on social media and often shares photos and videos of herself striking yoga poses while traveling.<\/p>\n<p>Just recently, she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Dbi5FTHQRXn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">traveled to Montana <\/a>for the Wild West Wellness Reset retreat, where she guided attendees through
