Miller denies the allegations and has sued her for defamation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;I&#8217;m not getting out of this race, and I&#8217;m winning in November,&#8221; Miller said in a Sunday livestream.<\/li>\n<li>Shortly after Miller&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/berniemoreno\/status\/2083936589424582942\" target=\"_blank\">announcement<\/a>, Moreno&#8217;s father, Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio), slammed him in a statement, saying that if &#8220;there are any basic standards of character required to hold elected office, Max Miller fails them.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>While <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/politics-policy\/donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\">President Trump<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/politics-policy\/donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a> has refrained from calling on him to drop out of the race, he phoned Miller Monday and expressed doubt about his candidacy, <em>Axios&#8217; Alex Isenstadt and Marc Caputo reported.<\/em> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sen.
