Do you know what I mean?\u201d she added. \u201cSo, the politics of the industry has changed massively.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Samantha Morton said she hasn\u2019t worked since filming wrapped on \u201cThe Odyssey\u201d a year ago due to her age, on the \u201cHappy Sad Confused\u201d podcast. <span class=\"credit\">Josh Horowitz\/YouTube<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>The British actress noted, \u201c\u2019I\u2019ve got really good agents and a manager, but at the end of the day, I\u2019m 49.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">Josh Horowitz\/YouTube<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Morton said that getting a role in \u201cThe Odyssey,\u201d which wrapped filming in August 2025, was special because it not only allowed her to keep working, it also gave her the opportunity to work with Nolan. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo what this means to me \u2014 regardless of carrying on working, which I feel confident with the ups and downs I will keep working until I\u2019m in my 80s or whatever \u2014 but for me it\u2019s more I got to work with Christopher Nolan in my lifetime,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s it.
