The \u201cVanderpump Rules\u201d star and his former lover have brought scathing claims against each other to light as their legal battle lingers on.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tom Sandoval and his ex reportedly started dating in 2024. He filed a new declaration in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, August 3, as part of his ongoing restraining order case against Robinson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The documents show that the TV personality claims that during one of the multiple times his ex-girlfriend physically abused him, she kicked him in the groin in front of his bandmates. As per the filing, the specific incident took place during a tour stop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 10, 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He claims Robinson kicked him \u201crepeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my bandmates, tour crew and fans\u201d\u00a0and yelled insults at him such as \u201cYou have a tiny f-cking p-nis! She explained her own version of events, revealing that she \u201chad taken a shot\u201d and asked her then-boyfriend to take care of her, but he paid no heed. She alleges that she went back to bed on the bus and only asked Sandoval to \u201ckeep the noise down.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him,\u201d she categorically stressed in her statement.
