Fitzsimmons then caught up to him and pushed him into the harbor, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Fitzsimmons told investigators that Britt jumped in the water, and that when Britt\u2019s girlfriend said he couldn\u2019t swim, he replied, \u201cOh well,\u201d and walked away.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Rescue divers responding to a reported drowning found Britt, who was declared dead at a hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">Fitzsimmons, who is also charged with manslaughter and assault, is due in court Aug. 27.
