admitted he may have taken things too far.<\/p>\n<p>Even after his recent revelation, though, the biohacker still steers clear of popular junk foods and has a different definition of treating href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/bryan_johnson\/status\/2082631490840760622\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">candid confession on X<\/a>, wondering \u201cif I\u2019ve taken this whole longevity thing too far.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But he\u2019s sticking to his guns and his healthy habits, including not indulging in foods that bring joy to many, like beer and pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Instead, Johnson said he treats himself by continuing to do what he\u2019s doing and chasing the feeling it brings him.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cA treat is a reward, right? And my reward is to feel amazing,\u201d Johnson told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/health-fitness\/fitness\/strength\/bryan-johnson-biohacker-routine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Guardian<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The tech mogul went on to say that when he feels energetic, clear-headed and in a stable mood, that \u201cit\u2019s just really a great way to navigate life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While many centenarians cite a regular indulgence like a daily whiskey or dessert, Johnson scoffs at the idea, preferring routine over indulgence.<\/p>\n<figure sick. I can\u2019t even imagine. It wrecks my sleep.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, he sticks to an intermittent fasting diet of no more than 2,250 calories per day, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/07\/05\/bryan-johnson-eats-dinner-at-11-a-m-to-achieve-18-year-old-body\/\">eating between 6 and 11 am<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This window of eating allows him to eat his final meal of the day at least four hours before bedtime, which is an early 8:30 pm for Johnson.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n\t<\/aside>\n<p>He drinks green juice laced with creatine and collagen peptides \u2014 the one exception to his vegan diet \u2014 first thing, followed by a\u00a0few pounds of veggies paired with a tablespoon of dark chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Protein is sourced from legumes like lentils and chickpeas, as well as pea and hemp protein.
