The actor, 62, who is best known for playing <a aria-label=\"Alfie Moon Link opens in a new tab.\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/3am\/celebrity-news\/eastenders-alfie-moons-dramatic-life-30706503\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_blank\">Alfie Moon <\/a>in the <a aria-label=\"BBCLink opens in a new tab.\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/bbc\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_blank\">BBC<\/a> soap was filmed arguing with staff at the <a aria-label=\"TescoLink opens in a new tab.\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/tesco\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"_blank\">Tesco<\/a> petrol station in Harlow, Essex just after 11pm earlier this week &#8211; and was arrested and charged for drink driving when police turned up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The pictures obtained by the <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">Mirror<\/a> are screengrabs from a video showing Shane walking around the garage&#8217;s forecourt with a vape in his hand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The video shows Shane being told not to vape in the petrol station and was overheard in the video swearing at staff, telling one person to &#8220;f*** off&#8221; and later telling them &#8220;I don\u2019t give a \u201cf***, when told how dangerous smoking a vape was.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">After being told to not smoke he is overheard saying: &#8220;It&#8217;s not smoking. It&#8217;s a vape.&#8221; At the time, Shane is seen holding up his silver e-cigarette while pointing at a male member of staff telling him &#8220;you, you&#8221;, and waving him away with his hand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The male member of staff then informs the BBC actor that he is recording him, saying: &#8220;I have to get it on video for the police.
