(Picture: BBC)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Rochelle Raye Anthony, who appeared on <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/the-apprentice\/\">The Apprentice<\/a>, has been hospitalised after a suspected stroke.<\/p>\n<p>The 39-year-old entrepreneur shared the news on <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/instagram\/\">Instagram<\/a> with a photo of her hand taken from a hospital bed.<\/p>\n<p>The hand had a cannula attached, and the photo was captioned: \u2018Dolls, I am in A&amp;E with a suspected stroke. <\/p>\n<p>\u2018I am so sorry for any clients I need to reschedule! That was something that was really important to me, and I had to choose between going onto the metaverse team or actually being in the advert,\u2019 she explained.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Because obviously with limited resources I wasn\u2019t able to get external models in, I didn\u2019t even have time to make my hair how it naturally is. So that was the one thing that I would have changed if I could have.\u2019<\/p>\n<div class=\"factbox\" data-ico=\"factbox_article\" data-track-module=\"factbox_article\">\n<h2 class=\"factbox-title\">\n\t\t\t\tWhat are the symptoms of a stroke?\t\t\t<\/h2>\n<div class=\"factbox-content\">\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/conditions\/stroke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NHS<\/a> outlines that the symptoms of a stroke can be remembered by using the acronym FAST, which stands for Face, Arms, Speech and Time.<\/p>\n<p>When an individual suffers a stroke, they may not be able to smile, their face may have dropped to one side, or their mouth or eye may have dropped.<\/p>\n<p>They may not be able to lift both of their arms and keep them up, as one of their arms could be feeling weak or numb.<\/p>\n<p>They may exhibit slurred or unclear speech, or be unable to talk at all and have difficulty understanding if someone else is speaking to them.<\/p>\n<p>People are urged to call 999 if any of these symptoms are spotted.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The charity <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stroke.org.uk\/finding-support\/stroke-helpline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stroke Association<\/a> offers a helpline for anyone who has suffered or been affected by stroke, or if you want further information. You can call the helpline on 0303 3033 100 or email <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2026\/07\/09\/bbc-star-39-no-use-left-leg-arm-suspected-stroke-29096657\/mailto:helpline@stroke.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">helpline@stroke.org.uk<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Still, Rochelle didn\u2019t quit after her loss, and she\u2019s grown her Milton Keynes salon, The Dolls House, into a successful business.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t the first time Rochelle has shared her health problems.
