information is emerging about a fresh face who\u2019s set to hit the screen soon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You\u2019ve probably heard that Dean Geyer is joining the show as Tristan Roberts, but now there\u2019s confirmation that he\u2019s a hot Australian surgeon who\u2019ll make some waves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to GH Head Writers Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte\u2019s recent interview with SOD, Dr. Roberts will be looking for a new beginning when he comes to Port Charles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tristan is said to be \u201cwitty and unflappable,\u201d but he\u2019ll also be extremely skilled when it comes to what he can do in the operating room.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The doc will accept a job at the hospital, so it sounds like he\u2019ll be replacing Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) now that his injured hand prevents him from performing surgery.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, it turns out that Tristan\u2019s \u201cclean break with his past will prove difficult when he discovers his adopted home is host to more than a few connections to a life he left behind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In other words, Tristan will have to navigate some problems as his history comes back to haunt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although Tristan will do his best to put his past to rest, there\u2019ll be some unexpected reminders around PC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We also know Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will clash with Tristan right off the bat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That could explain why a new friendship is set to form between Britt and Isaiah, who\u2019ll perhaps have his own issues with Tristan as the hospital\u2019s replacement surgeon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When it comes to Britt and Tristan\u2019s conflict, there\u2019s the potential for their feud to turn into some flying sparks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We could certainly imagine the show leaning into the soap trope of some workplace enemies becoming sizzling lovers behind closed doors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dean Geyer started filming on June 1, which is the same day that GH taped its upcoming 16,000th episode that\u2019s set to air on July 13.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
