The actor previously put his home on sale in the same neighborhood for $5 million. The apartment was a combined double unit that he created after buying two neighboring spaces in 2014 and 2017.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, it seems that Driver and his wife are looking for more space to raise their two children. As first reported in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2026\/07\/27\/realestate\/adam-driver-helen-mirren-celebrity-home-sales.html\">The New York Times<\/a>, Driver dropped $11.5 million on three adjacent sixth-floor condo units at the historic Standish building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three new contiguous units reportedly span around 3,500 square feet, bringing the price tag to over $3,200 per square foot.
