However, a jury convicted the entertainer on two counts of a$$ault occasioning bodily harm stemming from the same incident.<\/p>\n<p>The jury was unable to reach verdicts on three additional r@pe-related charges, resulting in a hung jury on those counts. Prosecutors will now decide whether to seek a retrial on the unresolved allegations. Yung Filly was also found not guilty of one additional a$$ault charge and a charge of str@ngulation. He remains on bail, with the court expected to set a sentencing date at a later hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The case centered on allegations involving a then-20-year-old woman following Yung Filly\u2019s September 2024 performance in Perth, Australia. Prosecutors alleged the pair initially had consensual s3x before the encounter became non-consensual, while the defense maintained the allegations were false.
