Joan was rushed to hospital last month after contracting pneumonia but it is not clear if this was linked to her passing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Taking to <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/instagram\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">Instagram<\/a> yesterday Gemma thanked everyone for their kind words and explained that she is finding lots of healing listening to music Joan liked.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">She wrote: &#8220;Grief is the price we pay for love.
