It seems inevitable that the three-time Defensive Player of the Year will return to the Rams.<\/p>\n<p>McVay said he doesn\u2019t expect the defensive lineman to decide until the Rams return to their team facility in Woodland Hills. They are conducting training camp 25 miles south at Loyola Marymount University, with camp wrapping up Aug. 7.<\/p>\n<p>But McVay offered a positive update on Donald\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf there\u2019s an arrow, it\u2019s trending upward,\u201d McVay said, via Nate Atkins of TheAthletic.com.<\/p>\n<p>Donald, 35, has not played since 2023, his 10th season in the NFL.
