We started this together and I\u2019m sad about that, if I\u2019m honest, which I always am,\u201d Garth explained before adding that she was \u201creally happy for [Spelling] \u2026 to choose herself.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">9021omgpodcast\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for iHeartMedia<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for iHeartRadio<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Producer Amy Sugarman, who had joined Garth for the episode, noted that \u201cas everyone knows, Tori has not been here for a bit; she\u2019s not been doing the show for a bit for many reasons.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbout two weeks ago, she made the decision, which I\u2019m sure was a very tough decision for her, but she let us know about two weeks ago that she had decided she wasn\u2019t going to continue with the podcast,\u201d Sugarman continued. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis was 100 percent her decision. The two reprised their roles in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2019\/05\/17\/behind-the-scenes-drama-at-beverly-hills-90210-revival\/\">2019 revival, \u201cBH90210,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0and kicked off the rewatch podcast in November 2020.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tv\/tori-spelling-jennie-garth-launch-90210-podcast-30-years-after-show-premiere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Speaking to People<\/a> about their podcast in October 2020, Spelling said, \u201cWe\u2019ve been friends for 30 years. We\u2019ve gone through decades of change as women, we\u2019re moms now and it\u2019s really the one relationship that has stayed all this time!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFans always say to us, \u2018We can\u2019t believe you\u2019re actually best friends.\u2019 We wanted to do a girlfriends podcast and then blended it with \u201890210\u2019 to do it for the fans.
