Police charged him with felony attempted robbery\/strongarm. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/05\/27\/streamer-deenthegreat-arrested-in-florida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ<\/a> reported that a woman named <strong>Destiny Aleman <\/strong>accused the 25-year-old streamer of gripping her up and trying to take her phone before forcing her off the yacht. Get off my yacht, b*tch. Get the f**k out. C\u2019mon, you out.\u201d Deen proceed to grab the woman\u2019s forearm and pull her from the couch o stand up and leave. He continued to tell her, \u201cI told you what\u2019s cracking. Get out.\u201d The woman flung her arm to loosen Deen\u2019s grip and free herself. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As she grabbed her phone and belongings, Deen continued to tell her, \u201cGo home.\u201d The woman got up and walked out of the camera\u2019s frame. Meanwhile, Deen continued to rant, \u201cShe out. Yeah, she gotta go. Aye, get that b*tch out my yacht. She gotta go. The publication reported that the woman called the cops on Deen and alleged he got physical with her after a verbal altercation on the yacht. She alleged he gave her the boot after talking to other men. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She also alleged Deen grabbed her forearm to prevent her from recording the incident, which left her with a minor scratch. They said the streamer\u2019s story contradicted his accuser\u2019s and what they saw on the security footage. TMZ reports that Deen is facing 15 years in prison if convicted. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/07\/30\/deen-the-great-could-be-facing-15-years-in-prison-after-felony-robbery-on-yacht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TMZ<\/a>\u2019s article went viral, Deen reacted on his Kick stream. He ended up calling his lawyer to update the article they claim wasn\u2019t published factually. Deen\u2019s lawyer, <strong>Richard L. Cooper<\/strong>, told TMZ: <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOn May 27th Deen was arrested and charged with a 2nd degree felony, which carries a maximum of 15 years in a Florida prison.
