(Seen above: Howard speaking into a microphone.) <span class=\"credit\">Kevin Mazur<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>The forging allegation was referred to by the judge as \u201ca bald assertion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A rep for the Sterns wasn\u2019t immediately available to Page Six for comment.<\/p>\n<p>In her April lawsuit, Kuhn originally asked the court to make the 2025 NDA, along with a separate 2022 NDA, unenforceable because it prevented her from speaking about her experience working with Howard and Beth.<\/p>\n<p>However, Howard, 72, previously agreed not to enforce Kuhn\u2019s 2022 NDA.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Kuhn claimed she didn\u2019t sign NDAs from 2022 and 2025. However, she was fired from her position in February.<\/p>\n<p>According to the lawsuit, Kuhn blamed her firing on \u201ca hostile work environment\u201d and \u201cimmense pressures on the household created by irresponsible and untenable animal rescue and fostering operations occurring on-site, and massively disorganized and questionable business operations and accounting practices.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Howard previously agreed not to enforce the 2022 NDA.
