In addition, the co-exclusive agreement allows us to bring the original series to AMC+ for the first time early next year. Netflix has been an important partner in making\u00a0<em>The Walking Dead<\/em>\u00a0one of the most successful franchises in the history of entertainment. This agreement is a fantastic result for our companies, for the fans and for this timeless IP.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tAMC announced the deal in connection with its quarterly earnings report Thursday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe company reported net revenues of $547 million, down 9% from a year ago, with operating income of $16 million and adjusted operating income of $46 million, down 75% and 58% respectively.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThat said, the company also increased guidance, thanks to the Netflix deal as well as distribution deals with the likes of YouTube and Comcast.
