saying that recent rulings on his tariffs and birthright citizenship have cost America \u201cTRILLIONS AND TRILLIONS.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDoes anybody have any idea how much Money and Prestige the United States Supreme Court has cost our Nation with their negative Rulings on Birthright Citizenship and TARIFFS?\u201d the president asked <a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/117005562901056692\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in his post<\/a> just after 6 p.m. ET.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe answer, TRILLIONS AND February, the Supreme Court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/media\/news\/breaking-supreme-court-rules-trump-tariffs-are-illegal\/\">ruled<\/a> that Trump\u2019s \u201cLiberation Day\u201d tariffs are illegal, a decision Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/kaitlancollins\/status\/2024868731264888882\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">called<\/a> a \u201cdisgrace\u201d at the time.<\/p>\n<p>In June, the court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/media\/news\/supreme-court-issues-bombshell-decision-on-birthright-citizenship\/\">essentially upheld<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/800b0a2005254ec58369b9564f53be8f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the nation\u2019s 14th Amendment<\/a>, which guarantees citizenship for those \u201cborn or naturalized\u201d in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling was a serious blow to Trump, who declared in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/protecting-the-meaning-and-value-of-american-citizenship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">executive order<\/a> on
