If the time comes, he\u2019s the cue card guy. Whatever you need.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tEarlier on, Meyers recalled Holland revealing on <em>SNL<\/em> alum Amy Poehler\u2019s podcast why he hadn\u2019t hosted the sketch show despite being asked multiple times. Meyers echoed Poehler\u2019s \u201cinstinct\u201d to encourage him to take the gig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s the cue cards for me,\u201d he said. \u201cLike, I\u2019m really dyslexic. And I just \u2014 there\u2019s something about reading out loud that would just really stress me out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tIn June, Holland explained on Poehler\u2019s <em>Good Hang<\/em> podcast why he had not hosted <em>SNL<\/em>, revealing, \u201cI\u2019m heavily dyslexic, which is one of the reasons why\u2014and I\u2019d love to talk to you today about it, actually\u2014is why I\u2019ve never done <em>SNL<\/em>. I\u2019m just so petrified at the concept of, like, trying to read something and they change.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tHe continued, \u201cIt\u2019s just that, for me, I can read fine. But when I have to read out loud, it just becomes, a kind of\u2026 it\u2019s like a mental block, and I can freeze.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tHolland added that he is \u201cactually just really scared at the prospect\u2014I love the show, and I love the idea of having fun and making a fool of yourself in such a fun, creative way.
