spoilers<\/a> for Friday, July 10, reveal that Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) will deal with a major medical crisis, so Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will find the Abbott family stuck in more turmoil when she lands back in Genoa City,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the hospital, Diane will be in a desperate fight to survive after getting jabbed with whatever fatal substance was in Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) syringe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The doctors will work on Diane, but it\u2019s easy to imagine her ending up in a coma despite their best efforts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and the others may try to shield Jack from info regarding Diane\u2019s ordeal since he just woke up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jack\u2019s own recovery could be fragile, so there could be concerns about him facing a setback.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, Jack may eventually get the news that Patty has done more damage and worry he could lose Diane for good.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As for Ashley Abbott, her comeback stint will kick off on Friday\u2019s Y&amp;R episode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ashley will reel over everything the Abbotts are going through and do her best to support Jack in his time of need.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), he\u2019ll have to decide if he\u2019s willing to leave with Jill Abbott (Lauren Koslow) for a London trip.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jill will hold out hope that once they\u2019re away from Genoa City and have a chance to talk alone, she can finally make amends with Billy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will wrestle with her condition since she\u2019s living in the dark at the moment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although Nikki\u2019s surgery was a success, she\u2019s still wearing eye bandages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Even after those bandages eventually come off, Nikki can\u2019t know for sure whether her sight will go back to normal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will announce something unexpected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Will Victor\u2019s announcement affect his future with Nikki or could this be about something related to business instead?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It might even tie in with Victor\u2019s plans for Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), so it\u2019ll be interesting to see what\u2019s next on Victor\u2019s agenda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will have
