A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/iran-conflict-trump-opinion-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBS News poll<\/a> released this past Sunday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediaite.com\/media\/news\/new-poll-majority-of-us-thinks-trumps-war-with-iran-will-last-months-or-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pegged Trump\u2019s approval at 39%<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/approval\/donald-trump\/approval-rating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RealClearPolitics<\/a>, which averages all major polls, puts the president\u2019s approval at 40.7%.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s handling of Iran and the economy are the two biggest reasons why he\u2019s stuck at 34%, according to CNN. Their poll found 65% of Americans believe Trump\u2019s policies have \u201cworsened economic conditions in the country.\u201d And on the Iran war, 67% of respondents said the president\u2019s decisions have \u201churt the U.S.\u201d And many seem to believe his decision-making on Iran won\u2019t get any better.
