He accused Diddy, born Sean Combs, and Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, of trafficking him across state lines starting in 2009.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Howard alleged the trafficking scheme went on for nearly a decade and saw his alleged assailants flying him from city to city on Diddy\u2019s dime, drugging him, and isolating him in hotel suites. In a July 23 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courtlistener.com\/docket\/70702918\/clayton-howard-v-sean-combs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">filing<\/a>, California Judge <strong>Anne Hwang <\/strong>ruled Howard\u2019s claims do not have sufficient evidence to move forward in the federal and California human trafficking courts. The judge dropped the core civil allegations against Diddy, his businesses, and Cassie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes: sex trafficking, human trafficking\/forced labor, sexual battery, sexual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, battery related to alleged transmission of an STD (allegedly herpes), and paternity\/abortion. In Cassie\u2019s MTD filing, she claimed Howard only sued her after learning she sued Diddy in November 2024 and settled for at least $20 million in less than 24 hours. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She also claimed Howard DM\u2019d her husband, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hollywoodunlocked.com\/tag\/alex-fine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alex Fine<\/a><\/strong>, after her lawsuit. He allegedly said, \u201cYour wife\u2019s truth is 100% valid as I\u2019m sure you did as well, I would have come forward and I\u2019m glad she got some form of Justice!\u201d Howard claimed the DM proved nothing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, the judge dismissed some of the claims with prejudice, meaning Howard can revive the dropped claims with sufficient and specific evidence.
