He said in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2015\/12\/08\/politics\/lindsey-graham-donald-trump-go-to-hell-ted-cruz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interview on CNN<\/a>, he said, \u2018You know how to make America great again? Tell Donald Trump to go to hell,&#8217;\u201d Hemmer said as he spotted Fetterman at the memorial. \u201cThat was 2015.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Graham obviously changed his tune.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis past month, 11 years later, when he won his primaries in South Carolina, vanquished four or five others with about 60% of the vote, he said \u2018Mr. President, you\u2019re not far behind God.\u2019 That was the range Lindsey Graham had. I was thinking in this conversation about was, was Washington moving forward and finding common ground, and obviously Lindsey Graham can find it, but he had deep convictions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was looking at John Fetterman in that audience there as well,\u201d Hemmer continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHere\u2019s a guy who was voted 93% of the time with Democrats, all right? But Israel is his red line. When his party continues to abandon what\u2019s happening with the Israeli government and vote against aid to Israel, he says he will leave the party.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you looked at the current setup of the Senate for this midterm race, you could be looking at a 50\/50 finish,\u201d Hemmer noted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf John Fetterman were to leave the Democratic Party and become an Independent, he would be the most powerful politician in America because of his singular vote.
