Trump accused CBS of deceptively editing Harris&#8217; answer about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to benefit her before the presidential election.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Paramount Global and CBS <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_media_article_main-content_article-body_6_957510\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/paramount-global-settles-trumps-lawsuit-against-cbs-news-over-60-minutes-interview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">settled the lawsuit<\/a> in July 2025 for $16 million, covering legal costs and a contribution to Trump&#8217;s future presidential library or charitable causes. Navarro cautioned her against the description, prompting O&#8217;Donnell to turn to CBS and its settlement.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Trump was not criminally convicted of rape. A civil jury found him liable for sexually abusing and defaming writer E. Jean Carroll.
