Her lawyers said the \u201cmalicious invasion of Ms. Grande\u2019s privacy and disruption of her career have caused her substantial and irreparable harm due to this breach of privacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe defendants are listed as \u201cJohn Doe,\u201d but Grande is likely to seek court approval to issue subpoenas to uncover the identities of the alleged hackers behind the attacks through internet service providers and online platforms. \u201cMs. Grande initiates this action to uncover the identities of these currently unknown and unscrupulous individuals in order to hold them accountable for their invasive and reprehensible conduct,\u201d lawyers for the artist stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe lawsuit claims that the leaks have been ongoing for years and that Grande has been hit with \u201chundreds\u201d of such leaks since 2011. The complaint states that in 2019, a swath of \u201cstill-in-production, unreleased masters and demos and footage\u201d was stolen, and that in 2023 alone, 45 of her songs were swiped. I\u2019ll see you in jail, literally,\u201d Grande\u00a0said. \u201cThose were all written for a TV show, for this thing that was not for me. So \u2018Fantasize\u2019 comes out \u2014 Comes out. Crazy. Was stolen \u2014 thieves, pirates, illegal.
