Pic credit: TLC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Angela Deem is firing back after trolls took aim at her granddaughter.<\/p>\n<p>Angela may be known as one of the most contentious 90 Day Fianc\u00e9 cast members of all time, so she\u2019s more than used to receiving criticism on social media.<\/p>\n<p>But recently, Angela was forced to address criticism of another kind: insulting a child online.<\/p>\n<p>A recent slew of negative comments on an Instagram video struck a nerve with the 58-year-old Meemaw, and she took action.<\/p>\n<p>Angela typically uses her social media accounts to share videos of herself, but this week, she posted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monstersandcritics.com\/tv\/reality-tv\/who-are-angela-deems-kids-and-grandkids-get-to-know-the-90-day-fiance-stars-family\/\">a video of one of her grandchildren<\/a> instead.<\/p>\n<p>The former 90 Day Fianc\u00e9 star uploaded a video featuring her 9-year-old granddaughter, Ariah Kaye, one of three children who belong to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monstersandcritics.com\/tv\/reality-tv\/90-day-fiance-how-many-kids-does-angela-deems-daughter-skyla-have\/\">Angela\u2019s daughter, Scottie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Angela posted the video on TikTok, then reshared it on Instagram, captioning it, \u201cmy TWINZY #FUTUREQUEEN #queenofreality.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the video, little Ariah lip-synced to the duet Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars.<\/p>\n<p>Ariah looked like a pro, expressively swinging her long hair back and forth as she smiled and sang the lyrics to the song while holding a microphone.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-instagram wp-block-embed-instagram\"\/>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trolls leave nasty comments on Angela\u2019s Reel<\/h2>\n<p>While most of Angela\u2019s Instagram followers commended Ariah for her performance, several trolls popped up in the comments.<\/p>\n<p>One such critic wrote, \u201cYou all need to eat healthier.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.monstersandcritics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/angela-ariah-comments.jpg?resize=680%2C550&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"instagram user comment on angela deem's granddaughter's lip-syncing performance\" class=\"wp-image-1993981\" style=\"width:680px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.monstersandcritics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/angela-ariah-comments.jpg?w=680&amp;ssl=1 680w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.monstersandcritics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/angela-ariah-comments.jpg?resize=150%2C121&amp;ssl=1 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Critics chastise Ariah\u2019s performance. Pic credit: @deemangela\/Instagram<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Angela fires back at her granddaughter\u2019s critics<\/h2>\n<p>After catching wind of the nasty comments aimed at Ariah, Angela recorded a message for them in another Instagram Reel, which she captioned, \u201cDO BETTER GOD BLESS YOU.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHi queens and kings, I just wanna bring something to y\u2019all\u2019s attention,\u201d Angela began.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo you saw the TikTok of my granddaughter. I thought she did great,\u201d Angela continued. \u201cAll y\u2019all thought she did great, and the people that don\u2019t, they kept it to [themselves].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Next, Angela pointed out that Ariah is only 9 years old and suffers from a kidney disease.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s only nine years old, okay? Um, to the Instagrammers out there that come on my page to cut me down, I can take that. When you come after my granddaughter and talk about her belly, um, you should be ashamed of yourself,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n<p>Angela added, \u201cAnd just a little info for you: she has kidney disease like her mom. And um, what kind of person goes around cutting down kids anyway? Crown of thought. Do better.
