Anthropic still has not.<\/li>\n<li>Its absence fueled accusations \u2014 including from White House AI adviser David Sacks \u2014 that the company was using safety concerns to defend its own business model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The bottom line:<\/strong> Amodei doesn&#8217;t want Washington to ban open models.
