Smith Jr.<\/strong>, who goes by <strong>Julez Smith<\/strong>, of \u201cpushing\u201d and \u201cpunching\u201d her in an alleged hotel room assault. During a livestream, the <strong>Twitch<\/strong> streamer detailed a night with <strong>Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong>\u2019s nephew in which she joined him in a hotel room, where things allegedly got physical. Calling him \u201cdisrespectful as f**k\u201d and a \u201cpunk,\u201d Ria claimed he started an argument as a means to \u201cinitiate sex.\u201d She claimed that after having sex, she and Julez were spooning in bed before he got \u201cmad out of f**king nowhere.\u201d Ria claimed he began asking, \u201cOh, you don\u2019t want to cuddle with me?\u201d before rolling over in the bed. She recalled thinking:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m tired of you getting mad at me, b**ch. I\u2019m tired of your motherf**king bipolar ass spasms, b**ch. You really about to piss me the f**k off.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/perezhilton.com\/jason-alexander-reacts-courtney-stodden-donation-demands\/\"><strong>Related: Jason Alexander Listened Makes THIS Surprising Move After Being Called Out For Icky Behavior With Courtney Stodden!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ria said she ultimately sat on top of Julez while he was laying on his back and just stared at him wondering what she did to make him \u201cso f**king mad.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not like I was yelling in [his] face, it\u2019s not like I hit [him], nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>She claimed after that, Julez \u201cpushed\u201d her \u201con the floor,\u201d which took her by surprise her:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cI get up, sit on the bed, and I\u2019m literally staring \u2026 I\u2019m like, \u2018B**ch there ain\u2019t no f**king way this man just pushed me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ria claimed that after collecting herself for a moment, she \u201ccreeped up behind him\u201d and \u201cslapped the f**k out of him.\u201d After that, Julez allegedly turned around and \u201c[lost] his s**t.\u201d Ria said she tried to explain to Julez that he started the altercation by pushing her on the floor, but that he started \u201cliterally beating [her] up.\u201d Ria recalled:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cAt this point I blacked out, so I don\u2019t know what\u2019s going on \u2026 But I just know that he was punching me all on [my face], all on my body. I had bruises everywhere \u2026 all over my arms. I still got a scar from him f**king scratching me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"highlight\">Holy s**t\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ria went on to post on her <strong>Instagram Story<\/strong> what appears to be a text conversation with Julez, whom she has listed in her contacts as \u201cBeyonce Nephew.\u201d In his alleged text, he writes:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cYou gon try to get me arrested?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Elsewhere in her stream, Ria accused Julez of doing drugs. She went on to encourage him to \u201csue\u201d her in court because in her opinion, he wouldn\u2019t be able to due to all of her alleged evidence. Ria ultimately shared a photo of what appears to be Julez laying in bed beside her before sharing another text exchange:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ria: \u201cMind you, you pointed a gun in my face \u2026 pushed me, fought me, broke my phone, and tried to get me dropped off to an unknown location, like plz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Julez: \u201cBro what you doing bro \u2026 <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"customEmoji lazyload\" style=\"margin-left: 3px; margin-right: 3px; vertical-align: middle; -webkit-box-shadow: none; -moz-box-shadow: none; box-shadow: none;\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/perezhilton.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-emoji-one\/icons\/1F602.png\" height=\"16\"\/> you onna internet talking bulls**t\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Julez: \u201cSo you can\u2019t say\u00a0 nun?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ria: \u201cSo you can\u2019t fix my phone?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Julez: \u201cYa if I fix it will you fix it?
